Simone Soleil Advisors was founded on a simple conviction: the right experience, with the right people in the room, changes the trajectory of a business.
The Name
Simone Soleil was named for Hanadi's two daughters. It was also the name that found her. Years of working alongside family offices revealed a quiet, persistent challenge: the difficulty of preserving what a family builds, not just the capital, but the legacy, the values, and the relationships that carry it forward. That tension became the foundation of this work.
The Experience
Hanadi has spent two decades at the intersection of capital, relationships, and execution. She has designed and produced executive experiences for family office and high net worth communities across North America. She has built and scaled organizations as a COO, creating the operational infrastructure that enables teams to grow without losing their character. She has facilitated hundreds of strategic introductions across the investor and advisor communities, and she understands, from the inside, what makes those introductions actually lead somewhere. Her relationships span family offices, next generation wealth holders, institutional allocators, media partners, premier venues, and the production and AV partners who make an event feel effortless. When she invites someone into a room, they come. When she makes an introduction, it lands.
What She Brings
She brings a rare combination of relationship capital, operational expertise, and strategic execution, helping private markets firms grow through both connection and structure. She grew up attending the United Nations International School and holds a degree in Psychology from St. John's University. She is a first generation American with Syrian and Irish heritage, a mother to two daughters, a volunteer on the City of Rye Human Rights Commission, and a contributor to Rye Neighbors Magazine.
